SPARKLING WINE

DeRibas Premium Sparkling Wines are being produced in a fruitful Black Sea region of Odessa, Ukraine. That region is a grape-growing area, whose climate and soil are favorable for the best sparkling wine production in Eastern Europe. The Odessa Sparkling Wine Company was established in 1896, by a French winemaker and entrepreneur Henri Roederer. He combined great grapes of Ukraine with century-old French winemaking tradition. Today Odessa sparkling wines are sold to 15 European countries and Israel. All products comply with the EU quality requirements: ISO 9001:2008.

BRUT

An intense fruity bouquet with powerful aromas of exotic fruits, delicate notes of green apple and grapefruit. Soft balanced taste, with a pleasant citrus aftertaste.

Alc. 11.5% by vol. Sugar less than 12 gram/liter

Chardonnay 50%, Traminer 25%, Pinot Noir 25%.

SEMI-DRY

An intense fruity bouquet with powerful aromas of exotic fruits, delicate notes of green apple and grapefruit. Soft and balanced taste with a pleasant creamy aftertaste.

Alc. 11.5% by vol. Sugar 30-50 gram/liter

Chardonnay 50%, Traminer 25%, Pinot Noir 25%.

SEMI-SWEET ROSÉ

A delicate fruity bouquet with intense aromas of strawberries and raspberries, with light citrus touch. Soft and well-balanced taste, with amazing berry aftertaste.

Alc. 11.5% by vol. Sugar 55-80 gram/liter

Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir in white 50%, Pinot Noir in red 10%
